Sowing Seeds for a Greener Tomorrow!

Over the past few months, we’ve been busy making our school greener by sowing seeds for lavender and sunflowers. Our goal was not just to brighten up the school grounds but also to support local wildlife like bees and butterflies!

What We Did

Lavender was planted to attract pollinators and bring a calming scent to our school. It’s already starting to grow, and we can’t wait to see it in full bloom!

Sunflowers were sown in pots and garden beds, and we’ve been watching them sprout. Soon, they’ll grow tall, adding a burst of sunshine to our outdoor spaces while providing food for birds later in the year.

By planting these flowers, we didn’t just make our school look more beautiful—we also helped the environment! Pollinators like bees and butterflies now have more food sources, and we’ve created a greener, more eco-friendly space for everyone to enjoy.

We can’t wait to see the results as the flowers continue to bloom!
