Reading Ambassadors:

Our Reading Ambassadors at Mansel Park were absolutely thrilled to receive a postcard today from none other than the new Children's Laureate, Frank Cottrell-Boyce!

Our ambassadors wrote to Frank to share their views about children's libraries and the importance of every primary school having their own dedicated library space. We are so heartened that he took the time to respond to our pupils and recognised their passion for all things reading!

Mansel Park's Reading Ambassadors have had responses from 10 Downing Street, the Children's Laureate and their local MP Satvir Kaur so far, in their quest to promote reading for pleasure in our local community. Their work shows that using your voice can inspire change - they really are true ambassadors of our school's mission to be Architects of a Better World!
